OEE project

Client Profile:
A cryogenics company specializing in the production of Liquid CO₂ and Dry Ice.
Challenges:
The client faced multiple operational inefficiencies, including:
- Low overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
- Suboptimal yield and efficiency
- CO₂ losses due to venting, leakages, and inadequate process control
- Poorly monitored maintenance data leading to equipment downtime
Approach:
To address these issues, the following methodologies were implemented:
- Process Analysis to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Targeted Data Capture to monitor critical parameters
- Introduction of OEE Metrics to track and improve equipment performance
- Redefining Preventive Maintenance Schedules to reduce unexpected breakdowns

Manpower Optimization Project

Client Profile:
Weaving department of a large-scale textile manufacturing company.
Challenges:
The client faced several operational challenges, including:
- Low productivity and redundant tasks on the shop floor
- Poor visibility of Work-in-Progress (WIP) and Finished Goods (FG)
- Excessive reliance on unsupervised and unskilled manpower for material handling
Approach:
To tackle these issues, the following strategies were implemented:
- Time and Motion Study to identify inefficiencies in workflows
